This is the fourth competition which will be a part of the Swedish Speedcubing League 2019. The competition will be held on the 2-3 of November in Sundsvall. More information about the competition can be found below.

Registration and Payment

Registration: Registration is made through the WCA website which can be found here: https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/competitions/SSL4Sundsvall2019 There is a limit of competitors which has been set to 60 due to venue constraints. Registration will close on the 28th of October but might fill up quicker than that. Then, all further registrations will be placed on a waiting list. When someone contact us and tells that they will not be able to compete, the first person who has completed the registration will be notified.

Payment: The entry fee is set to 75 SEK. This fee must be transferred in advance by all competitors. We will use the WCA payment system so payments and registration will happen on the same page. Your regisration will not be accepted before we have recieved the entry fee. If payment through the WCA payment system isn´t possible, please contact the organisation team using the contact information found on this page.

Accomodation and Food

It is now possible to book accomodation on the floor in the gym, which is located in relation to the canteen (Friday-Sunday). This is free of charge, but a booking must made be by filling out this form: https://forms.gle/JxMHPoYLkiWhFhTP6 Remember to bring all the sleeping stuff you need, we will not provide that. Showers are located in changing rooms in the gym, and can be used throughout the days.

There will be access to a microwave oven, kettle, cutleries, plates and glasses (important to wash after you are done!).

Apart from floor accomodation, there are many hotels and hostels available in and around Sundsvall city center, about 1,5 kilometers from the venue. For options and prices, check sites such as https://booking.com.

Travel

By Car: The address of the venue is Tomtegränd 7-11, 856 42 Sundsvall (https://goo.gl/maps/CWekgcBbeGZurRoSA), which is very close to the E4 highway. The competition ends a bit earlier than usual on Sunday to allow for the longer than usual drive for most people. If you need a parking space you can contact the organizer for access to the parking permit. The parking is nearby the school.

By Train: The competition schedule has been adjusted to fit the train schedule! Travellers from Stockholm / Gothenburg / Malmö: arrive on any train on Friday evening and leave on the 16:06 Sunday service bound for Stockholm. Remember to book early for the best prices.

The venue is located 1,9 kilometers from Sundsvall central station, served by both SJ high speed trains as well as local and regional trains. Train tickets for these as well as other destinations can be booked at https://www.sj.se/#/

By Plane: It is also possible to arrive to Sundsvall by airplane. Sundsvall Timrå Airport is served by both SAS and BRA, check their respective sites for timetables and prices.
